Juno 2012: Les nominations
Les nominations en vue de la 41e soirée des Prix Juno qui se déroulera à Ottawa le 1er avril prochain et qui sera animée par William Shatner ont été annoncées aujourd’hui.
Dans le but de récompenser les artistes qui oeuvrent dans l’industrie musicale canadienne, les Prix Juno sont remis chaque année par la Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences aux artistes et artisans qui se sont démarqués au courant de la dernière année.
Cette année, ce sera 41 prix qui seront remis aux artistes en nomination dont certains se produiront par ailleurs sur la scène de la Place Banque Scotia. Parmi ceux-ci, notons entre autres le groupe nouvellement intronisé au Panthéon de la musique canadienne Blue Rodeo, City and Colour, deadmau5 et Feist.
